Статтю присвячено дослідженню прізвищ із патронімними формантами в сучасному антропоніміконі північної частини Волинського регіону. Основну увагу зосереджено на словотвірних особливостях цих антропонімів, їхній ролі у формуванні системи особових найменувань та відображенні історико-культурних процесів краю. З’ясовано, що прізвища з патронімними формантами зберігають давні традиції іменування, засновані на родинній належності та спадковості. Проаналізований матеріал підтверджує, що патронімні утворення залишаються одним з найстійкіших компонентів регіональної системи прізвищ.
Проаналізовано функціонування основних патронімних суфіксів -ович (-евич), -ич, -енко. Встановлено, що зазначені словотвірні елементи виявляють різний ступінь продуктивності та репрезентують як загальноукраїнські, так і регіонально специфічні риси. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії різних типів твірних основ, зокрема особових імен та апелятивної лексики, унаслідок чого формується різноманіття антропонімних моделей.
Наголошено, що сучасний стан антропонімікону сформувався під впливом історичних, соціальних і мовних чинників, серед яких важливу роль відіграли міграційні процеси, адміністративні практики та міжмовні контакти. Відзначено наявність складних дериваційних явищ, зокрема повторної патронімізації, що свідчить про динамічний характер розвитку прізвищевої системи.
У результаті дослідження встановлено, що антропонімікон регіону поєднує архаїчні та нові словотвірні моделі, відображаючи тяглість мовної традиції та її адаптацію до змінних історичних умов.

SURNAMES WITH PATRONYMIC FORMANTS IN THE MODERN ANTHROPONYMICON OF VOLYN OBLAST
The article is devoted to the study of surnames with patronymic formants in the modern anthroponymicon of the northern part of the Volyn region. The focus is placed on the word-formation features of these anthroponyms, their role in shaping the system of personal names, and their reflection of historical and cultural processes in the region. It is shown that surnames with such formants preserve ancient naming traditions based on family affiliation and hereditary continuity. The analyzed material confirms that patronymic formations remain one of the stable components of the regional surname system.
The functioning of the main patronymic suffixes -ovych (-evych), -ych, and -enko is analyzed. These word-forming elements demonstrate different degrees of productivity and reveal both common Ukrainian and region-specific features. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of derivational bases, including personal names and appellative vocabulary, which results in a variety of anthroponymic models.
It is emphasized that the current state of the anthroponymicon has been shaped by historical, social, and linguistic factors, among which migration processes, administrative practices, and language contacts played an important role. The presence of repeated patronymization is noted, indicating the dynamic nature of surname system development.
The study concludes that the anthroponymicon of the region combines archaic and newer word-formation models, reflecting the continuity of linguistic tradition and its adaptation to changing historical conditions.
