 Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню когнітивних параметрів син­таксичної біфуркації в сучасній українській поезії на матеріалі збірки Тетяни Яковенко «Небесний сад». У межах новітньої лінгвістичної парадигми художній текст розглянуто як складну нелінійну систему, що перебуває у стані постійного смислопородження крізь механізми самоорганізації. Актуальність розвідки зумов­лена потребою теоретичної експлікації механізмів, які забезпечують деструкцію лінійної моделі речення та активізують нелінійне мислення адресата. Теоретичним підґрунтям дослідження слугують положення лінгвосинергетики (О. Селіванова, Т. Домброван, Н. Таценко) та когнітивної поетики (П. Стоквелл, Р. Цур, В. Емпсон). Біфуркація постає як фундаментальний процес розгалуження інтерпретаційних шляхів, що визначає межу між старими смисловими атракторами та новими кон­цептуалізаціями. У статті проаналізовано «плинний синтаксис» Т. Яковенко, де син­таксичні маркери, ритмічні лакуни та енжамбемани є детермінантами дестабілізації рецептивної свідомості. Особливу увагу приділено ефекту «садової стежки», що створює стан «підвищеного когнітивного збудження» через різку руйнацію очікува­ної моделі образу. Зокрема, на прикладі аналізу поезій авторки продемонстровано, як несподіваний фінальний елемент рядка (строфи) змушує читача до ретроспек­тивного перегляду всієї синтаксичної структури та повної рекатегоризації концепту. Досліджено функціонування конструкцій зі спільним членом, у яких одне слово є «синтаксичним шарніром», створюючи зону семантичної біфуркації. Виявлено, що поетичний «синтаксис із перемиканням» змушує мозок утримувати два конфліктні сценарії одночасно, що й породжує естетичну напругу тексту. На основі аналізу емпіричного матеріалу розроблено типологію виявів синтаксичної біфуркації, яка включає конфігураційний, когнітивно-регресивний, дейктично-референтний, гра­фічно-пунктуаційний та асиндетичний типи. Констатовано, що в умовах «жорсткої» біфуркації виникає структурно-функціональна криза концепту, яка долається через його якісне перетворення у свідомості читача. Доведено, що синтаксична біфурка­ція в поезії Т. Яковенко перетворює текст із пасивного джерела інформації на дисипативну структуру, у якій читач стає активним співавтором, самостійно обираючи шлях виходу з «хаосу» множинних потенцій у простір нового художнього смислу.

COGNITIVE PARAMETERS OF SYNTACTIC BIFURCATION IN MODERN UKRAINIAN POETRY (EVIDENCE FROM TETIANA YAKOVENKO)

 The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the cognitive parameters of syntactic bifurcation in modern Ukrainian poetry, based on Tetiana Yakovenko’s collection Nebesnyi Sad (Heavenly Garden). Within the framework of the contemporary linguistic paradigm, the literary text is regarded as a complex non-linear system in a state of constant meaning-generation through mechanisms of self-organization. The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity for a theoretical explication of the mechanisms that disrupt linear sentence models and activate the addressee’s non-linear cognition. The study is theoretically grounded in the principles of linguosynergetics (O. Selivanova, T. Dombrovan, N. Tatsenko) and cognitive poetics (P. Stockwell, R. Tsur, W. Empson). Bifurcation is posited as a fundamental process of branching interpretative paths, defining the boundary between established semantic attractors and emergent conceptualizations. The article analyzes Yakovenko’s «fluid syntax», where syntactic markers, rhythmic lacunae, and enjambments serve as determinants for the destabilization of receptive consciousness. Particular attention is paid to the «garden-path» effect, which induces a state of «heightened cognitive arousal» through the abrupt disruption of the anticipated conceptual model. Specifically, through the analysis of the author’s poetry, it is demonstrated how an unexpected final element of a line or stanza necessitates a retrospective re-evaluation of the entire syntactic structure and a total recategorization of the concept. The study explores the functioning of apo koinu constructions (shared constituents), where a single word acts as a «syntactic pivot», establishing a zone of semantic bifurcation. It is established that poetic «shunted syntax» compels the mind to maintain two conflicting scenarios simultaneously, thereby generating the text’s aesthetic tension. Based on the analysis of empirical material, a typology of syntactic bifurcation manifestations has been developed, encompassing configurational, cognitive-regressive, deictic-referential, graphic-punctuational, and asyndetic types. It is noted that under conditions of «hard» bifurcation, a structural-functional crisis of the concept arises, which is resolved through its qualitative transformation within the reader’s consciousness. The study concludes that syntactic bifurcation in T. Yakovenko’s poetry transforms the text from a passive information source into a dissipative structure, wherein the reader becomes an active co-author, navigating the «chaos» of multiple potentials to construct a new artistic meaning.
